The Chinatown of KL is a popular place for local and tourists alike. There are rows old shop-houses dated back to pre-war days, the popular night market of Petaling Street and the pre- dawn to early morning flea market that will clear off before 9 am. Within walking distance of each other, there are 2 Chinese temples and 1 Indian temple that drawn huge crowd of devotees during festivals. One of the highlights of Chinatown is everyone favourite – FOOD. Stalls and restaurants are open from early morning till late night. And (unfortunately) with development, there are now fancy cafes and countless guesthouses too.
And when it gets cooler in the evening the night market will be packed with people looking for bargains. From LV to Prada, the latest sport wears to Swiss watches. Check all these out but do take care of your belongings as it can get pretty packed.
